Our Club, and this site, is dedicated to all of us expats enjoying the good life in Pattaya, and those of you across the world that would like to join us here. Our aim is to provide a support group for all Pattaya visitors, and for those expats already lucky enough to be living here. Plus free, helpful information for those of you who are interested in spending time here, and practical help and cooperation with local, Thai organizations. Whatever your question or problem, you can be sure there is another expat who has ‘been there, done that’. New friends that are ready to share their experience and expertise on anything and everything to make your stay in Pattaya more enjoyable and stress free. Free assistance on one year Visas, medical insurance, home buying etc., so find out the facts BEFORE you make an expensive mistake. Pattaya International Hospital (PIH) offers Pattaya Expat Club members a discount on in patient room rates and physical therapies. This does not include other in patient charges such as surgery, nurses and doctor's fees.

For US citizens that have to get documents notarized, the American Embassy provides this service but at an exorbitant fee. Their representative is available in Pattaya every couple of months. Our understanding is that there is a Notary from the US who notarizes documents on the street next to Tucom Center off Pattaya Tai near the Small Planet restaurant. Not expensive.

If you are over 50 years of age and plan on staying in Thailand for an extended period, you should seriously consider obtaining your retirement visa. Many expats think that this is just too complicated and continue with their regular Visa Runs - but with the help of Darren (our sponsor from Key Visa Co.) you will find that it is surprisingly simple AND FAST. Darren is available for free, expert advice every Sunday at our Club meetings or you can call him at  01 004 5397. Also some advice on your last will and testament in Thailand. keyvisa2@gmail.com
